Since Downey Shelter is so high kill, we have been focused mainly on those cats from the Agua Dulce raid (where over 200 cats and 100 dogs were seized)…BUT there are still 17 cats from the hoarding case at Agoura and Castaic Shelters!..Download the PDF file here…. Continue reading
